Profit maximization: full P&L responsibility for your accounts

Required

4+ years of Google Search experience (focus on €50K+ monthly budgets)
Strong Google Ads Editor skills and scalable account architecture experience
Proven track record of profitable performance
You think in impactful optimizations, not micro-tweaks
Highly precise with metrics, dashboards, and changelogs
Comfortable operating in low-margin, high-volume environments
Clear attack plan for new, winning, losing, and potential ad groups
You constantly ask: “Why are we doing this this way?”

Bonus

Experience in affiliate marketing and/or lead generation

Base rate: €40–€60/hour (depending on experience)
Performance bonus: €250–€1,000/month at €80K+ monthly gross profit
