Job summary

Gazelle Global is assisting a major Dutch client in Amsterdam to hire a Go Developer for a 2-3 year project. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining microservices in Go (Golang), with emphasis on backend API services and CI/CD automation.

Workload is 36-40 hours per week. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Go experience and familiarity with Gin, OAUTH, and related tooling to ensure scalable, reliable backend services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and understanding of building backend API services.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as gin, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, implementing, and maintaining microservices using Go.
• Focus on new and existing code using frameworks such as gin and related tools.
• Collaborating with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contributing to architecture decisions and technical improvements.
• Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation.
