For one of our highly regulated, technology-driven clients in the tax and compliance domain, we’re looking for a Software Developer (hands-on) to strengthen the our engineering team. You’ll work within a DevOps team on a complex, business-critical platform that sits at the intersection of application development and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

This is a hands-on engineering role — not a lead or management position.

What you’ll do

Design, build, and maintain backend services with a strong focus on Go (Golang)
Work on a complex, existing application within an enterprise technology stack
Build and maintain integrations and connectivity with other internal applications
Develop, deploy, and operate applications running on Kubernetes
Create, maintain, and optimize Helm charts
Take ownership of the full application stack (build, run, and maintain)
Actively contribute to improving code quality, stability, and performance
Collaborate closely within an agile DevOps team
Act as an example in engineering approach, documentation, and professionalism

What we’re looking for

Strong, hands-on experience as a backend software developer
Solid experience with Go (Golang)
Experience working with application integrations in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based applications
Experience working at the intersection of application development and infrastructure
Comfortable managing and operating production systems
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
