Job summary

Lonza in Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking a Production Support Logistics Operator to ensure timely material supply and support manufacturing operations while maintaining GMP compliance.

This fully site-based role operates on rotating days and nights, including weekends. Responsibilities include material staging, disinfection, cleaning, restocking, and operating autoclaves and VHP chambers, with waste disposal per GMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production support activities, including material staging, disinfection, cleaning, and restocking.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available to support manufacturing operations.
• Operate decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) chambers.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with GMP and site procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow GMP requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure efficient production support.
