Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Specialist, Process Technician to maintain and troubleshoot GMP process equipment used in manufacturing and labs at our Leiden site. This on-site, shift role requires hands-on technical experience and a focus on safe, compliant operations.

The position emphasizes CMMS documentation, adherence to cGMPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous production and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires at least an MBO level 4 diploma or technical degree.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably with process-, lab equipment and clean utilities.
• Experience in GMP facilities and GMP documentation practices.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift in a later stage.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine to intermediate level maintenance activities and operate plant clean utility and process & lab equipment.
• Ensure documentation is stored in CMMS and Document Management Systems compliant to GxP regulations.
• Participate in a detailed training program to develop knowledge in maintenance and operations.
• Assist in review of SOPs or job plans/work plans for related areas.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of clean utilities and process & lab equipment/systems.
• Requires on-call duty and potential overtime and weekend hours.
• Contact with F&E Team, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Lab Operators and Vendors.
• Daily contact with supervisory staff for work assignments and coaching.
