Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Leiden is seeking a Specialist Calibration Technician to coordinate GMP calibrations for equipment and instruments. You will support the calibration program for the new Cell Therapy Facility and join the Reliability Engineering team operating around the clock to serve patients.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, hands-on calibration experience, and proficiency with Maximo CMMS and automation systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting with calibration experience.
• Proficiency with document management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo, for calibration history.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GMP calibrations and support calibration activities.
• Ensure documentation is stored per GxP in CMMS and DM systems.
• Assist in creating new calibration procedures.
• Maintain calibration equipment and tools in Metrology storage.
• On-call duties, overtime, and weekend hours as required.
• Resolve problems with judgment and perform calibrations electronically.
