Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a VP Open Field to provide global leadership for Open Field crop segments, driving growth, profitability, and performance. The role connects customer insights with innovation, production, and commercial execution across international markets.

You will shape long‑term strategy, align executive teams, lead annual planning, and ensure disciplined resource allocation to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. A strong track record in seed industry leadership is essential.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree and at least 15 years of international experience within complex, innovation‑driven organizations.
Proven strategic and business leadership experience within the seed industry with direct responsibility for core business activities.
Excellent cross‑functional leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior leadership level, including towards CEO and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long‑term strategy for the Open Field segments, including portfolio development and market positioning.
Lead the OGSM planning process and translate objectives into concrete plans and measurable results.
Direct a multidisciplinary team of Functional Managers and drive integrated planning and execution across crop segments.
Be responsible for Open Field segment performance and accelerate innovation and market success through aligned go‑to‑market, supply chain and product development.
