Jobgether is seeking a senior Vendor Security & Standards Manager based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on enforcing vendor security across carriers, 3PLs, and last-mile providers, with global reach and extensive international travel.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in vendor security compliance and auditing.
• Proven ability to conduct physical inspections across international sites.
• Experience managing corrective actions and verification of resolutions.
• Deep knowledge of TAPA FSR/TSR standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global vendor security standards framework.
• Establish security expectations for external partners and ensure acceptance.
• Conduct physical inspections and report findings with remediation guidance.
• Manage corrective actions with timelines and verified resolutions.
• Maintain global vendor compliance register and escalate non-compliance.
• Collaborate with regional security teams to align standards across regions.
