Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Program Manager Supplier Compliance to drive regulatory compliance across the global supplier base. You will translate requirements into actionable programs and collaborate with Compliance/Legal, Quality, Sustainability, IT Security, and Engineering.

You will lead cross-functional programs, define governance, monitor performance, and embed procurement with compliance frameworks across the supplier network. International travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Understanding of legal/compliance-related processes.
• Experience with regulatory domains and supplier programs.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier compliance programs across regulatory domains (REACH, RoHS, Cyber Security, EUDR, Battery).
• Embed supplier compliance into ERM and company policies; govern programs.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor compliance performance.
• Engage suppliers and build capability for compliance adoption and onboarding.
• Collaborate with ERM, Legal, Quality, Sustainability, IT Security, and Engineering.
