Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Safety-PV Operations Lead based in the Netherlands. This senior role shapes and executes global safety operations across late-stage development and commercialization, owning the operational safety model and vendor management.

You will partner with regulatory, quality, medical writing, and external vendors to maintain high patient-safety standards and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or medical discipline.
• 5+ years in pharmacovigilance or safety operations leadership.
• Experience with late-stage clinical development and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for global safety operations and cost-efficient models.
• Develop safety documents with partners (GVP-related, DSURs, RIS, and RMP/REMS).
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Biostatistics, QA, and medical writing for safety outputs.
• Oversee safety vendors/CROs, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Lead safety governance, training, and SOP development across global programs.
