Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Program Manager Supplier Compliance to drive compliance excellence across the global supplier base. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable programmes and embed them in procurement practices.

You will lead cross‑functional programmes, report on KPI dashboards, and ensure alignment with ERM and corporate compliance. International travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• +5 years experience in procurement or supply chain with regulatory processes.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools; familiarity with S2P suites is a plus.
• Proven track record in programme/project management.
• Knowledge of regulatory domains such as REACH, RoHS, Cyber, EUDR, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions.
• Analytical mindset; ability to translate complexity into structured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier compliance programmes across regulatory domains.
• Lead cross‑functional programmes for current and emerging regulations in procurement.
• Define governance, monitor performance, and continuously improve supplier compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance/Legal, Quality, Sustainability, IT Security, and Engineering.
• Engage suppliers to ensure understanding and adoption of compliance requirements.
