About the Role
Get-e is scaling quickly, and we're looking for driven, adaptable team players to grow with us. As a Global Transfers Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our 24/7 international service team, coordinating ground transportation for airline crews and clients across the world. You'll work directly with transportation suppliers to arrange transfers, monitor journeys, resolve operational disruptions, and ensure crews reach their destinations safely and on time in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. No two days are the same. One moment you might be coordinating a crew pickup in Amsterdam, and the next you'll be finding a solution to a last-minute disruption on the other side of the world. You'll be trusted to think on your feet, make decisions, and work closely with colleagues and suppliers to keep airline operations running smoothly.
"You're helping real people with real problems every day. Things don't always go to plan, but that's part of the fun. A little bit of adrenaline keeps things interesting."
