Job summary

Philips is seeking an intern for Training & Capability Support (Master, non-thesis) to help design, assemble, and deliver global training programs. The role involves coordinating sessions, materials, and content across Amsterdam and Eindhoven, collaborating with trainers and process owners.

You will work half the time on designing and updating training materials and half on coordinating training execution, including logistics, content readiness, and feedback collection.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Structured, proactive and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in training coordination, capability building, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format training materials (slides, guides, exercises) based on inputs from teams.
• Coordinate planning and logistics for training sessions and ensure readiness.
• Maintain central training repository and ensure version control and accessibility.
• Track participation, collect feedback and maintain dashboards for deployment status.
• Support continuous improvement of learning assets and training content.
