Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent) required.
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or Mathematics or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English (C1); Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to understand and document technology needs.
• Lead and orchestrate technical projects demonstrating and implementing new technology.
• Promote MathWorks solutions to address customer needs within their roadmaps.
• Define solution roadmap in alignment with customer goals, expanding adoption.
• Collaborate with development, sales, management and marketing on account plans.
• Develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize and document their technology needs.
• Lead and orchestrate technical projects demonstrating and implementing new technology.
• Raise awareness and promote the adoption of MathWorks solutions and services to address customer needs, within the context of their technology roadmap.
• Help prioritize and define MathWorks solution roadmap in alignment with the customer’s, broadening and deepening adoption.
• Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
• Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
• A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven strong customer-facing, consulting, and business development skills in respective industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, European Framework of Reference Level C1. Dutch language skills are a plus!
• Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
• Proven technical project management skills.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages: C, C++, Python, or Java.
