Job summary

Eternal Sun is seeking a Global Team Lead Software Engineer for The Hague and Leipzig. You will lead and coordinate software teams, shape architecture, and ensure delivery of projects from inception to completion.

The role requires managing cross-location engineers, collaborating with sales and PMs, and guiding the software stack across C#, Python, Angular, Java, PLC, firmware, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams in multi-location environments.
• Proven ability to drive architecture and tooling decisions.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, sales, PM and workshop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, integrate and guide SW engineering across The Hague and Leipzig.
• Own software architecture and tooling direction for the Sun Simulator platform.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and service teams to deliver projects on time.
