Job summary

BauWatch Nederland is seeking a Group Tax & Treasury Manager to lead tax and treasury functions across Europe. You will build, optimize and implement compliant frameworks, collaborate with external advisors, and support strategic growth initiatives.

You will translate complex tax and financing topics into practical guidance for senior management, drive process improvements, and lead system implementations to enable scalable financing and tax structures for international expansion.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Tax, Fiscal Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in tax, treasury or a combination of both.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve the Group Tax Control Framework.
Coordinate and manage Group Corporate Income Tax compliance, incl. Dutch fiscal unity.
Own and professionalize the Group Transfer Pricing policy and ensure compliance.
Monitor VAT compliance across Europe and improve VAT controls.
Identify tax risks and implement mitigating controls.
Coordinate relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
Manage tax audits and communicate with stakeholders.
Support business initiatives from a tax perspective.
Own cash flow forecasting and treasury processes.
Maintain relationships with banks and financing partners.
Lead future Treasury Management System implementations.
Oversee intercompany financing structure and dividend flows.
Design and improve tax and treasury processes across the Group.
Drive automation and improve data quality and reporting.
