Job summary

Damen Global Support BV is seeking a Tax Manager to shape, safeguard and develop Damen’s global tax position. You will join a tight tax team and influence policy, compliance and decision‑making across an international organization.

In this role you will own direct tax areas, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver robust tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax advisory and/or an in‑house tax role.
• Member of the Dutch Association of Tax Practitioners (NOB).
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Ambitious, proactive and motivated to grow into a Head of Tax role in the coming years.

Responsibilities

• Shape, safeguard and develop Damen’s global tax position.
• Lead direct tax processes and ensure Tax Control Framework robustness.
• Manage medium‑sized tax projects and co‑develop the tax strategy.
