TCC Global, a global marketing agency headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks a senior in-house tax professional. Based in our Amsterdam office, you will lead tax compliance and reporting across multiple markets, modernising processes with tax technology and AI while collaborating with global teams.

You’ll shape strategy, manage budgets, and ensure accurate filings, disclosures, and VAT across Europe, with a strong emphasis on cross-border planning and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in an in-house tax role within an international or multi-jurisdiction group, focusing on tax compliance and reporting.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Right to work in the EU.
• Strong organisation with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead tax compliance in core markets (NL, UK, US, Canada, South Africa) end to end.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile/Local Files) with external advisors.
• Prepare tax budgets, forecasts and cash tax estimates.
• Lead annual tax accounting and disclosures in financial statements.
• Reconcile current and deferred tax positions with clear audit trails.
• Oversee VAT and employment taxes across Europe; support payroll and mobility questions.
• Champion use of tax technology and AI to automate processes.
• Provide tax oversight to subsidiaries and drive a consistent, high-quality approach across territories.
