Job summary

Euro Pool Group seeks a Group Tax Manager to lead tax across its international operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and managing tax risk.

You will work with senior management, local finance teams, and external advisors to govern Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, Customs and Environmental Taxes, and to implement Pillar II, CbCR, SAF-T, and e-invoicing.

This role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to shape the Group’s tax function across multiple jurisdictions.

The role

As Group Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing all tax-related activities across the Group’s international operations. You will ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, manage tax risks, and provide both strategic and operational tax advice to support the business.

Acting as the central point of contact for tax matters, you will work closely with senior management, local finance teams, external advisors, and tax authorities. You will oversee tax compliance across all jurisdictions, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, Customs, and Environmental Taxes, while ensuring that tax governance and reporting processes remain effective and aligned with business objectives.

You will play a key role in strengthening the Group’s tax framework by monitoring legislative developments, managing tax risks, supporting audits, and leading the implementation of new regulatory requirements such as Pillar II, Country-by-Country Reporting, SAF-T, and e-invoicing. In addition, you will support strategic business initiatives, including new country setups, supply chain changes, and business expansion projects by providing practical and commercially minded tax advice.
