Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Curious and proactive with an analytical mindset.
• Affinity for working with both people and data.
• Experience with Excel, or eagerness to develop it.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey for 85,000+ employees.
• Contribute to global communications around engagement, listening, and culture initiatives.
• Support managing a wide range of stakeholders globally and their local listening needs.
• Strengthen Excel skills and advanced data analysis capabilities for reporting and insights.
• Analyze insights to identify engagement trends that inform strategy.
