Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Global Support Analyst to assist internal clients—Resources, Suppliers, Client Managers—with inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail. You will create and manage support tickets through to resolution and help improve operational processes.

This role requires excellent English and Dutch communication, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a professional work ethic. You will join a diverse, high-growth team focused on high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat. Create, update, and actively manage support tickets through to resolution. Identify opportunities to streamline business operations and recommend process improvements. Mentor and train new Global Support team members.
• Sense of urgency and ability to escape system outages to Global Support Management
• Maintain Confidential Information and Follow Procedures for Work processing
• Adherence to schedules due to live support environment
• Reception tasks like welcoming visitors, receive packages and taking phone calls
