Danone Hoofddorp is seeking a Supply Risk Manager to safeguard supply continuity across direct categories and regions in a hybrid work setting. You will align risk intelligence with category strategy, leading BCPs, dashboards, and supplier collaboration to ensure resilient supply chains.

You will collaborate with regional procurement teams, leverage SAP/Ariba systems, and present risk insights to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant direction.
• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Risk Management.
• Highly skilled in Excel, PPT, Power BI and data visualisation tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain category-level BCP guidelines, risk thresholds and recovery plans.
• Develop a global supply risk dashboard and regular risk reports for leadership.
• Define and implement a Supplier Collaboration Framework with joint BCP development and risk visibility tools.
• Represent the organization in supplier forums and industry working groups focused on supply chain resilience.
