Job summary

Danone in Hoofddorp (Hybrid) is seeking a Supply Risk Manager to safeguard supply continuity across direct materials, regions, and supplier ecosystems. You will lead BCP, risk reporting, and cross-regional collaboration, connecting global category teams with suppliers to build a resilient supply framework.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 8–10 years in Supply Chain/Risk, and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SAP/Ariba, and stakeholder management. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 8–10 years in Supply Chain, Procurement or Risk Management.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical Capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Business Continuity Planning framework across direct materials categories and regions.
• Design and manage a global supply risk dashboard and governance forums.
• Lead supplier collaboration, risk visibility tools, and joint BCP development.
• Represent the organization in supplier forums and industry working groups.
