Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Specialist for Northern Europe to own and optimize supply chain systems and processes. You will lead system-related projects and act as the main tie between business users and IT across the Nordics and Benelux, ensuring continuity and high-end-user satisfaction.

You will support the Order-to-Cash landscape, drive improvements, and contribute to AI adoption within the team, with English and Dutch/Danish/French language requirements to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and experience with ERP systems and EDI (SAP BW/APO/R3/S/4HANA a plus)
• Advanced Excel; SQL and Power BI are strong advantages
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights
• IT- and system-savvy with proven project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Resilient and solution-oriented, able to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent English and at least one local language (Dutch, Danish, or French)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supply chain systems across Northern Europe, translating business needs into effective system solutions.
• Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure continuity.
• Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT teams for clear communication and smooth operations.
• Manage and monitor EDI performance, driving high connectivity and perfect order performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across SC and S&OP processes, including system upgrades and OTC changes.
• Lead and deliver system and process projects (local and international) with milestones and resource coordination.
• Develop business process documentation and training materials; deliver onboarding and training on new systems.
• Deliver supply chain analytics, reports, and insights to support decision-making and AI adoption within the team.
