Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Copack Planning Specialist to create a weekly Netherlands & Belgium copack supply plan and drive long-term capacity planning. You will work with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Procurement) and external copack partners to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

You will join project teams to launch new products, monitor inventories, and identify process improvements while focusing on service levels and sustainability in packaging.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales (Demand, Inventory, or Supply Planning)
• A proactive mindset with focus on improvements and process optimization
• Affinity with operations including procurement, sourcing, and manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify root causes
• Project management skills and ability to independently lead projects

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of copack operations and manage the copack plan
• Monitor stock levels to meet service levels within min–max ranges
• Participate in international copacking projects and optimise items to reduce complexity
• Initiate implementation for new product formats (NPDs, displays, BOM setup)
• Monitor obsolete stock to minimise scrapping
