Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Specialist for Northern Europe to lead system improvements across end-to-end order-to-cash processes. You will own supply chain systems, translate business needs into solutions, and be the go-to person for questions, driving uptime and efficiency through ERP/EDI, Excel, SQL and BI tooling.

Based in our Utrecht office with links to Copenhagen and Brussels, you will collaborate with IT and business teams, manage system upgrades and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and ERP/EDI (SAP BW/APO/R3/S/4HANA a plus).
• Advanced Excel; SQL and Power BI a strong advantage.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supply chain systems across Northern Europe and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure business continuity.
• Serve as liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and high end-user satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor EDI performance and drive connectivity and perfect order performance.
• Lead system upgrades and OTC-related changes, and deliver system and process projects locally and internationally.
• Develop business process documentation and training materials and deliver onboarding and training on new systems.
• Deliver supply chain analytics, reports, and insights to support decision-making and AI adoption within the team.
