Qualifications

• 10–15 years of supply chain leadership in a global business.
• Experience leading multi-site and multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing and execution.
• Proven ability to lead people, drive change and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.
• Fluent business English in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations across multiple regions and countries.
• Drive improvements in planning, inventory, service levels and performance.
• Provide leadership to regional managers and develop teams.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, blending operations and execution.
• Lead continuous improvement, standardization and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Planning, Finance and Quality teams to support growth.
