Job summary

i3D.net is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate global sourcing, logistics, and procurement for our expanding infrastructure projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep deployments on schedule and costs controlled.

The role emphasizes vendor management, contract reviews with legal, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. English fluency is essential; Dutch or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience in tech, infrastructure, electronics, or a startup environment.
• Proven experience with vendor management and procurement.
• Experience with global logistics and customs clearance.
• Ability to review contracts and work with legal teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and a creative mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations across global infrastructure projects.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, purchasing, and performance evaluation.
• Handle worldwide logistics, including shipment coordination and customs clearance.
• Own procurement across a wide range of categories, from critical hardware and components to operational needs.
• Review and manage commercial contracts in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Act as central coordinator between Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or dead-on-arrival equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in processes and workflows.
