Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement for contract manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or advanced tech.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and partnerships in Europe by supporting growth and corporate development teams.
• Shape pre-contract strategy including scope, proposals, and term sheets during international captures.
• Be the supply chain voice in critical go/no-go decisions with market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Develop regional supply base and lead end-to-end supplier engagement across Europe.
• Navigate regulatory complexity ensuring compliance with European regulations (REACH, RoHS, ITAR, export controls).
• Bridge engineering, operations, and supplier capabilities to enable rapid scaling and new product introductions.
