Qualifications

• Negotiated and managed complex manufacturing agreements with European suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth & partnerships with European industry leaders to support expansion.
• Shape pre-contract strategy with scope definition, proposals, and term sheets.
• Be the supply chain voice in go/no-go decisions with market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Monitor UK/EU ecosystem dynamics to identify partnership opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection and onboarding in Europe.
• Manage supplier performance, escalation protocols, and capacity planning to enable rapid scaling.
