Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a company seeking a Global Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Manager based in the Netherlands. The role leads the global supplier quality org and ensures materials meet stringent quality and regulatory standards across international operations.

Remote within Europe with up to 20% travel domestically and internationally, you will drive strategy, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supplier quality management in regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience leading global SQE teams and跨 regional management.
• Proven track record in audits, CAPA, and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global supplier quality strategy in line with business goals and customer expectations.
• Lead the global SQE organization, develop talent, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Manage supplier quality budgets, resources, and priorities across multiple sites.
• Establish supplier qualification, audits, and validation processes to ensure compliance.
• Lead supplier audits, capability assessments, and performance reviews for continuous improvement.
• Develop supplier scorecards and reporting to monitor quality, delivery, and risk.
• Drive CAPA, supplier development, and preventive actions to reduce defects.
