Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Regional Quality Management System Leader (EMEA) to drive continuous improvement across the region. You will lead QMS performance, coordinate audits, and guide a regional team to align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work with Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams, shaping regional strategies and ensuring sustainable quality programs. Willingness to travel 25% is required, with a hybrid setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional QMS programs in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience; Black Belt advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical/scientific discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional QMS performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audits and maintain ISO/IATF certifications.
• Develop regional QMS roadmaps (3–5 years).
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders across functions.
• Drive training and capability development.
• Travel up to 25%.
