Epredia is seeking a Global Spare Parts Planner to drive worldwide inventory and replenishment strategies, ensuring spare parts availability across distribution networks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience in spare parts planning or service logistics
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes
• Proficiency with SAP ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing, service, or global supply chain environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven recommendations
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies to improve planning and efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage global spare parts inventory plans to ensure parts availability while optimizing stock levels and inventory investment.
• Create demand forecasts using historical data, service trends, product lifecycle information, and input from regional teams.
• Manage replenishment activities across global warehouses and service locations, ensuring timely supply to meet customer needs.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers to resolve supply issues, improve delivery performance, and mitigate risks.
• Optimize inventory across the global distribution network through stock balancing, transfers, and consistent inventory policies.
• Support spare parts planning throughout the product lifecycle, including new product launches, engineering changes, and end-of-life management.
• Track key supply chain and inventory KPIs, drive data-based improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes and service performance.
