We are seeking a Global Solution Architect in the Benelux region to join our team of technical experts delivering CATIA solutions to a major shipyard group. This role involves working with advanced PLM capabilities throughout the lifecycle with a leading player in the shipbuilding industry worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

• Craft the future by defining the long‑term roadmap for rolling out 3DS capabilities.
• Lead by guiding high‑level design directions and decisions.
• Ensure alignment by keeping design directions and decisions in line with future product enhancements.
• Provide strategic input by feeding strategic product requirements into the M&O R&D team for development and deployment.
• Leverage expertise by tapping into solutions and directions from different customer divisions for broader business re‑use.
• Drive value by propelling the solution part of the Value Engagement long‑term focus with Industry and Business Consultants.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Dassault products, specifically CATIA (ideal), but experience with similar products considered.
• Solid experience in services and consulting, with a focus on enterprise‑scale PLM solutions.
• Proven success in leading technical teams, with a track record of achievements.
• Industry experience in Marine and Offshore.
• Familiarity with and experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is beneficial.
• Proven ability to guide and educate customers on Computer Aided Design and Engineering.
