Job summary

XD Connects is seeking a Social Impact Coordinator to lead the Social pillar of ESG in a newly formed role. You will report to the ESG Director and interact with teams across Europe and Asia, shaping the approach and driving social data for reporting.

The role involves travel to Asia once a year, working in a primarily English-speaking ESG team, with a strong emphasis on integrity, initiative and organized, pragmatic problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sustainability/ESG role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in international commercial environments and knowledge of social audits and ESG reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Social goals and KPIs.
• Ensure smooth data collection and processing.
• Coordinate projects and contribute social data for reporting.
• Work with Human Rights legislation and standards.
• Identify social risks and manage them.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Asia and Europe.
• Keep policies, manuals and documentation up to date.
• Identify and propose improvements.
