Job summary

McCain Foods is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning – Global Snacking to consolidate regional forecasts into a unified global demand view. The role drives the S&OP/IBP cycle, aligns regional inputs with long-range plans, and works with regional directors to surface risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

University degree in relevant field.
Proven expertise in demand planning and statistical forecasting.
Hands-on proficiency with SAP APO/IBP and BlueYonder; advanced Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Consolidate regional demand inputs into a single global view across products, channels and markets.
Vet and challenge regional forecasts for reliability and consistency.
Partner with regional leaders to align global demand with strategy and plans.
Attend region Demand Gap Reviews, bringing a global perspective to consensus discussions.
Define and govern global demand-planning standards across regions.
Monitor forecast accuracy and drive process maturity improvements.
Develop and roll out demand-planning tools and dashboards.
