Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search is partnering with a mid-sized, international industrial manufacturing group to recruit a Site Director. You will lead the manufacturing site, drive safety, quality, cost and service, and advance TPM/WCM while sharing best practices across the global network.

The role requires a proven leader who can translate strategy into action, develop teams, and deliver sustainable performance. International travel may be required as part of the leadership agenda.

Qualifications

• Seasoned manufacturing leader with full site accountability.
• Ability to navigate operational complexity across multifunctional areas.
• Proven TPM, WCM and continuous improvement track record.
• Strong understanding of processes, maintenance, planning, quality and supply chain.
• Commercial and financial acumen to translate decisions into value and profitability.
• Experience leading organizational change and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, cost and service objectives.
• Drive Lean methodologies and advance a culture of efficiency and accountability.
• Embed TPM/WCM principles and establish best practices for operational excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary management team.
• Align production, supply chain, engineering and support functions for reliable operations.
• Monitor key metrics and translate insights into actions to improve performance.
• Own the site’s financial performance, including budgeting and investments.
• Foster international collaboration and best-practice sharing across the network.
• Support customer success through consistent quality, delivery and flexibility.
• Lead strategic initiatives and transformations to establish the site as a flagship operation.
