Job summary

Belden Inc. is hiring a Shipping Associate in the Netherlands. The role focuses on ensuring correct invoicing, timely transport bookings and loading, and coordinating with carriers across the EU.

You will prioritize orders, maintain transport documentation, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the distribution network. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in shipping/export, strong English communication, and experience with ERP/SAP systems to support efficient logistics

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in shipping, transport and/or export.
Experience with transport and export documents.
ERP experience with SAP/SAP4/Hana.

Responsibilities

Ensure correct and on-time invoicing, transport booking and loading.
Prioritize order processes based on stakeholder signals and carrier agreements.
Organize transport within and outside the EU.
Coordinate effectively with (express) carriers and various departments.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of transport documents.
Handle shipping and transport complaints.
Contribute to sustainable process improvements.
