Job summary

EAE Solutions BV in the Brabant region is seeking a Team Lead International Service Desk to lead the intralogistics service desk, coordinating technical support and ensuring service quality. You will drive incident resolution, SLA compliance and cross-team collaboration across multiple regions.

The role requires a strong IT background with industrial controls experience, leadership in a service desk or tech-support environment, and willingness to travel ~20% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with experience in software systems and industrial controls.
• Experience in intralogistics, automation or industrial service environments is preferred.
• Proven experience in a service desk, technical support, or service leadership role.
• Strong understanding of service management practices and SLA-based support environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer escalations effectively.
• Team oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support technical teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% when required.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 support environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Desk team supporting intralogistics systems and solutions.
• Ensure efficient handling of service requests, incidents and technical support cases.
• Manage and monitor SLA commitments and service performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with service engineers, software specialists and support teams.
• Support troubleshooting of complex issues related to controls systems, automation and software.
• Maintain service quality standards and continuously improve service desk processes.
• Contribute to resource planning and support scheduling, including 24/7 support coverage.
• Provide coaching and guidance to service desk team members.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
