You should hold an HBO degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Business Administration, have strong project management and English skills, and thrive in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment with global exposure.

Qualifications

• HBO degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Business Administration.
• Strong interest in project management and budget control.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute floating, transporting, and submerging tunnel elements.
• Oversee procurement, work plans, budgets, schedules, quality and safety.
• Monitor and report on project progress and risks.
