Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a GSR Manager - Safety & Security Response to lead a global team responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting geopolitical and people/physical security threats. You will drive incident response across regions, mentor analysts, and collaborate with product and leadership to shape strategic roadmaps and governance.

You will coordinate with Regional Security Managers and other functions to ensure robust operations, risk reduction and timely, impactful intelligence

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in security, geopolitics or related fields.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field; Master preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resolution of complex people/physical security incidents with global scope.
• Escalation point for physical security and threat response at senior level.
• Guide OSINT investigations and ensure governance of investigations.
• Shape strategic intelligence outputs and align with business priorities.
• Lead development of incident response playbooks and governance docs.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing team culture and vendor relationships.
