You will support day-to-day safety operations, implement security policies, and coordinate with Real Estate & Workplace Services to ensure safe workplaces and robust incident response.

The role emphasizes reporting, governance, and collaboration with internal and external partners to advance a modern security model across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Security, Resilience, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate security or related operations.
• Ability to work with real estate/building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement security policies and SOPs across domains.
• Monitor security programs and provide data-driven reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for risk management.
• Oversee daily security operations and vendor performance.
• Lead incident investigations with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Deliver training on emergency response and SOP compliance.
• Engage with Group Corporate Security and REWS for aligned initiatives.
