Abroad Experience is seeking a Sales Accelerator to join its international team. You will support day-to-day operations, manage customer relations, contracts, and orders, and coordinate cross-border projects, ensuring pricing, logistics, and delivery run smoothly.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in sales or customer service, and fluency in English. A proactive, business-minded, detail-oriented professional will thrive in this fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive mindset to assist clients and colleagues.
• Business- and solutions-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving international environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Manage contracts, sales orders, and customer agreements with accuracy and ownership.
• Coordinate international customer projects, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth pricing, logistics and delivery.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date customer data and onboarding details across internal systems and the Global IT Portal.
• Create proposals, support the sales process end-to-end, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and help improve how sales operations run.
