Job summary

Hunter Douglas offers the Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10-month leadership development track designed to develop future leaders. Trainees rotate across Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, complete onboarding, and undertake a capstone project.

The program includes leadership training and a potential full-time placement after completion, with relocation to Rotterdam or Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree by June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities, internships, clubs, or volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and global induction.
• Rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service during Field Training.
• Deliver tangible results during a four-month project.
• Present final project to Leadership and progress to a full-time role after completion.
• Be ready to relocate to Rotterdam or Nottingham for the program.
