Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid market research capabilities and competitive analysis.
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets, expanding the customer portfolio and driving commercial growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiating commercial agreements and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets and forecasts aligned with wider commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and other internal teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
• Represent the business at international industry events, conferences and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
