Job summary

Surexport, a leading berry producer and seller with over 30 years in the market, is seeking a Sales Administration and Logistics Planner in the Netherlands. You will support sales operations, manage planning, and coordinate with warehouses and production origins to ensure smooth order execution.

The role requires English at C1, Dutch at B1-B2, and experience in administrative or planning roles; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Admin, sales, or related field.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, back-office, sales, or planning roles.
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
• Dutch level (B1-B2).
• Spanish proficiency at B1-B2 level (desirable).
• Proficiency in advanced office tools (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with administration and logistics planning.
• Plan harvests and adjust orders based on forecasts.
• Coordinate with warehouses and production origins.
• Update orders and schedules during the day.
• Analyze and report with commercial, logistics, and sourcing data.
• Record information in the company database.
• Resolve problems for warehouses, farms, and logistics.
