Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Capital Expenditure (CapEx) engineering leader to steer the processing scope of large, global projects. You will own technical specifications for product processing, filling and packaging installations, defining how they are engineered, integrated, and delivered within projects.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, standardize practices, and build a network of internal teams and external partners to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions across sites and regions.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in engineering design of production installations across process technology—product processing, filling, packaging, and related systems.
• Proven involvement in CapEx projects in a large multinational or engineering/consulting firm, with the ability to translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage — we value engineers who understand what happens after commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vision: act as the global ambassador and owner of technical specifications for production installations across CapEx projects worldwide.
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging designs, removing waste, and embedding feedback into future projects.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose engineering solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Own the Outcome: take the lead on processing scope of our largest CapEx projects and master plans, from concept to handover.
