Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of risk management principles, ERM frameworks, governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes and geopolitical developments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multicultural and international teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Enterprise Risk Assessments across the organization.
• Conduct continuous risk dialogues with senior leaders and risk owners.
• Identify and assess emerging risks.
• Develop scenarios translating uncertainty into potential business impacts.
• Advise on risk exposure, risk appetite and treatments.
• Monitor risk indicators, trends and progress of risk plans.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and the Audit & Risk Committee.
• Maintain ERM administration and data integrity.
• Improve ERM methodologies, policies, dashboards, and reporting.
• Promote a risk culture in decision-making.
