Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort (NL) is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure regulatory compliance of Food & Beverage products across South West Europe and Nordics, with support for BG ERA countries. You will defend the company's position on food law and support commercial targets.

The role combines knowledge management, stakeholder engagement and advisory leadership, with a hybrid 32–38 hour work week and strong growth opportunities within a cooperative setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Legislation or Food Science.
• 5-7 years in CPG food regulatory/public affairs.
• Dutch and English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of dairy processing and nutrition is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret legislation and monitor food law developments for SWE and Nordics.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales on regulatory changes.
• Advise management on RA matters and product compliance.
• Ensure compliance checks for processes, recipes and declarations.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and cross-functional reviews.
