Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Global Reliability and Maintenance Advisor to ensure facilities, equipment, and machinery operate efficiently. The role involves advising on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies and collaborating with multiple departments.

The candidate will lead maintenance teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance practices using CMMS and related software.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years experience in maintenance management or project management.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate management reports.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes.
